Description
New England IPA: Donkey Punch is all about the dry hopping as we've pretty much removed the traditional hop additions from the boil. Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Amarillo, the first hop hit goes in way before the end of fermentation, the second once everything has calmed down. The fruity charge from the hops and the addition of mango pulp is offset by a very light bitterness. This NEIPA will without doubt wake up your taste buds. Visually, its dank, its opaque, it murky. With a natural carbonation that sets it all off perfectly think refreshers and you'll be getting in the ballpark. Handcrafted, modern beers, individually keg, cask and bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
