Higher Grounds

Description

Higher Grounds is a celebration of the art of barrel-ageing, stout brewing and coffee roasting. Built around a blend of Guatemalan, Brazilian and Colombian beans, the complexity of flavour runs the gamut from sweet cherry and forest fruits to dark chocolate and caramel.

To condition a stout on these beans is a high wire act where the malts and the oak must be in perfect harmony with the coffee. And having spent over two years in wood, the vanilla smoothness elevates the brew into something truly unique.
