Description
James’ Brown Ale is a pale brown beer that is extremely drinkable and an excellent compliment to most foods. Four different malts and four different hop additions are used in this brew. The hop additions consist of a generous, but not overwhelming mix of Willamette and Liberty varietals. It is pale-chocolate brown in color with a creamy texture. This brown ale is a malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet. The aroma also mostly comes from the malt with a hint of spiciness being added by the hops.
