Dark Raven is the wildcard cider from Beard & Sabre, quickly becoming the market-goers favourite it's simplicity has taken the Craft Cider scene by storm - Traditionally pressed vintage cider apple blended with burnt sugar molasses, caramel, to create a visionary drink which is reminiscent of traditional mead. A festival and desert cider it has been paired with restaurant menus as both an aperitif and after meal refresher. Dark Raven makes an excellent cocktail base, for recipes refer to 'The Cotswold Cookbook' - Meze Publishing. Dark Raven came fifth of twenty in the 2016 Cider and Perry Trials, Hereford.
