Mosaic is a straw coloured, single hop pale ale showcasing the wonderfully complex aroma and flavour profiles of the Mosaic hop. Mosaic combines a backbone of Crisp extra-pale winter barley malt with a late and dry-hop using only the best Mosaic hops. The result is a crisp, refreshing, super-fruity, pale ale that hits the mark.
