White IPA. The unmistakable taste of wheat (and some other bits) - combine with the unmistakable flavour of hops – in this instance Mosaic and Cascade - to make beer. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, read no further and get yourself to the bar. Still not convinced? What would it take to persuade you? Much like Bubo himself – a clockwork replica of the owl of Minerva - drinking this beer in a sign of great wisdom. For legal reasons we can’t imply that this beer will grant you great wisdom.
