Our house best bitter. Abbey and Carared malt from Weyermann brings raisin, fruitcake and biscuit sweetness. Admiral hops on the hot side provide a punchy orange and resin bitterness and Bullion on the cold side cuts through with lemon zest and blackcurrant.
