5.5% Single Hop Pale
Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. Launched by Washington State University in 2013, Cashmere hops are a combination of Cascade and Northern Brewer and were bred for their dual-purpose qualities, providing great aroma and bitterness. Expect generous tropical flavours of mango and peach with light whispers of coconut, leading to a well-rounded finish.
