7% Belgian Golden Ale (Odell Brewing Co. Collab)

We’ve been incredibly lucky to brew a few beers with Doug Odell of the phenomenal Odell Brewing Co. For our latest collaboration, we wanted to try something a bit different for both of us, which led us to brewing a Belgian Golden Ale. To create this in the true style, we sourced and utilized a specific Trappist Brewery Yeast, which is key to this style, along with a helping of brewing sugar for that famous drinkability. It’s smooth and dry, with a light herbal note, a snap of hops, and warm spice in the aftertaste.

HOPS - Hallertauer Tradition, Fuggle

MALTS - Low Colour Maris Otter, Wheat malt, Brewers Invert No.1 sugar
