Building on last years success this collaborative effort brings in the expertise of two of our favorite suppliers; Yakima Chief Hops and Crisp Maltings.
Layered on a thick, soft malt based we're celebrating 25 years of Simcoe with a combination of Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7 T90 and Krush Hyperboost, at a whopping 33g/L!
This beer has been brewed for the launch of our Rising Tide beer festival…set in the stunning grounds of Canterbury Cathedral.
