Vic Secret On Galaxy DIPA
A couple of our favourite hops to play around with at the moment, providing complex
layers of flavours to help create this intricate Double IPA. Notes of bright tropical, pineapple,
pine and passion fruit coming from the Vic Secret and citrus, peach and burnt orange.
The garage where it all began. From such a small space we
managed to create something not so tiny (anymore). An explosion of creativity, design and
off the wall recipes. Or is this a picture of one of Gazz's test brews gone wrong?
