A ‘fool’ is a dessert made by blending pureed tarty fruits with sweetened cream, so we
gave Mary Berry’s crème de la crème gooseberry fool recipe a run for her money by making
our very own Tiny Rebel gooseberry fool pale ale! Combining the Cashmere & ID7 hops with
lactose assists in complementing the citrusy aromas whilst giving you that velvet mouthfeel.
