Cold Ferment Citra & Nelson IPA
The first thing that comes to mind when talking about citrus punch is bouncing off the
walls from an extreme sugar rush at year 6 school disco, so let’s describe this as a grown up
disco drink, without the sugar overdose. The cold fermented citra hops gives the liquid its
bold citrus and tropical flavours, but is balanced out with the use of nelson hops, giving the
IPA its mild bitterness, making this citrus punch the perfect combination of bittersweet!
