Description
LA Steam is dry, crisp and refreshing beer with a slight grassy / piney aroma and which will appeal to followers of cask beer, whilst the light carbonation and coolness makes it an great alternative for lager drinkers. Based on a brewing style which originated on the West Coast of America, LA Steam is brewed using lager yeast and lager malts before being fermented at a warmer temperature than traditional lagers.
