To honour one of the greatest entertainers of all time, Eddie Gurrero, we set out to brew one of the most refreshing beers we've ever made! A soft base of pilsner malt, brewed with traditional Kolsch yeast and lagered for crispness, delicately dry hopped and finished with a zing of lime to make this the ultimate late summer sipper!
