Description
A beer we've always wanted to make, this English IPA is hopped to the same levels as an American IPA. We've paired a stripped down pale malt bill with an expressive English ale yeast, Burtonized water and copious amounts of Phoenix, First Gold, Bramling Cross and Admiral hops. No cheating with US hops grown in the UK here. The resulting beer is surprisingly potent, boasting flavours of Grapefruit, Orange zest and even some earthy pine.
