Description
A pungent foursome of American hops combine to make an incredibly aromatic American Pale Ale. Strata T90 hops account for 50% of the hopping with Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and Citra Cryo as back up. As usual with our hoppy beers, the grist is kept super pale and we use lots of Calcium Sulfate in our water to keep things snappy and refreshing. No chalky, cloying, oatiness to be found here.
