Description

1911 marked the first International Women’s Day. It celebrates the social, political and economic achievements of women on a global scale and focuses attention on areas which require dedicated attention. The foundation of this DIPA is a smooth and luscious body built with pilsner malt, malted oats, malted wheat and rolled oats. A decidedly complex hop addition brings citrus, tropical fruit and balanced bitterness. Citra, Citra Cryo, Centennial, Zappa and Sabro bring coconut cream, orange flesh and lychee upfront with a resinous lemon peel cleaning up the palate before a satisfying pine and aromatic apple mint finish.
