We wouldn't blame you for not knowing much about Ella. If we're being completely honest, we think it's criminally underused, but also quite difficult to get our hands on. However, being the half-sister of Galaxy means we know that every time we're able to use it, we're onto something special!
We don't just put any hop in our single DDH hop series; Dreaming Of. We use hops we truly love, and want to celebrate and showcase - so take a seat and say hello to Dreaming Of...DDH Ella IPA. A super hazy, soft DDH IPA with big notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and citrus zest with an underlying bitterness that is balanced out by a big juicy hop character.
