The last of our three collaborations with Manchester Hop Project this Harvest season. In 2023, with the help of their band of budding local hop growers, we were able to actualise our dream of brewing our first-ever Green Hop beer and we are delighted to carry on this new tradition and brew this beer for a third successive year.
The result is a crisp Golden Ale with a bready malt character that gives way to an assertive and long bitterness. We get fresh bread, biscuit crumb with a delicate citrus zip. A real ode to the traditional ales that we were reared on and wrapped in the beautiful designs of @cherylmaslen.
