Description
This is our amplified APA with a touch of the red mist. We used the lovely, biscuit finest Maris Otter bolsted with Amber and Extra Light Crystal with some CaraPils and CaraGold and boy does this give a beautiful colour. Mashed low with some early addition Target, then some whirly-side El Dorado and followed up with a good drenching of El Dorado, Chinook and Mosaic results in this beautiful, crisp and tangy APA with a gentle citrus afterglow. Lowrider yeast keeps it at a manageable but still punchy 5%. This is truly stunning to look at and even better to session!
