Description
With the nights drawing in and temperatures dropping, its time to offer our latest Stout. Cocoa nibs have been added to the boil along with orange peel to give a zesty chocolate orange tinge but then we steeped more cocoa nibs in cointreau before adding for 5 days after fermentation. We used milk sugar and plenty of oats for a lovely smooth creamy texture sitting at 55 EBC on the colour scale. The result is a delicious, easy drinking 7.4% Chocolate Orange Oatcream Stout.
