Raspberry & Honey Double Stout.
Bourbon, Cognac & PX Sherry Barrel Aged version.
It began as a creamy, smooth base of oats and lactose and dark brown sugar as part of a complex grist alongside seven other malts. Balanced additions of raspberry and honey then enhanced this dessert beer to new heights. Even more depth and complexity comes from eleven months ageing in barrels.
