Description
A very special hybrid beer. Using coffee cherry tea, cocoa nibs, coffee and the base beer of a stout with a twist. Some may call it a white stout. We paired up with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers to create a unique beer using Nicaraguan Coffee Cherries of the Pacamara variety. GMCG is a social enterprise that connects farms of exquisite specialty coffees directly with coffee roasters in order to empower coffee farmers and their communities. Their farm won the Excellence Award for Sustainability from the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe.
