Description

Our tart Berliner Weisse base topped with almost a tonne of Honeyberries for sweet, complex berry notes, with additions of sweet vanilla and warming cinnamon to take this sour to pastry town.

What is Honeyberry we hear you ask? Often described as the love child of blueberries and cranberries, they've got a beautifully sour-sweet berry profile which makes them perfect for use in jams, desserts... or beer!

This is the third time we have worked with epic flavour creators and good friends Brew York, and we think it’s exactly the kind of beer you’d expect from us. All the fruit, all the fun and made with care!
