Description
Cotes du Rhone barrel-aged English style barley wine blend, aged on ripe Genoa figs and sticky Deglet Nour dates. English style barley wine, brewed in 2019 and aged in Ctes du Rhne red wine barrels for 2 years, then blended with another unique 3 month old English style barley wine and aged for a further 3 months on ripe Genoa figs and sticky Deglet Nour dates (70g/l). Rich caramel and complex fruity layers, backed up with a smooth and gentle tannic vanilla backbone from the extended barrel aging - Giulia is a blend of sophistication and decadence.
