Description
Taking our inspiration from the modern IPAs of the North Eastern US, our flagship session pale ale is a naturally hazy, soft and juicy beer brewed in the 'Vermont' style. A grist loaded with oats and a touch of acidulated malt provide a super soft and rich mouthfeel, complimented by a relatively low bitterness. Huge amounts of American hops are added after the boil along with fresh cut Valencia orange peel for an extra citrus twist. We ferment the beer with a classic English ale yeast, during which even more hops are added to the fermenter. Expect an enormous aroma of mango, grapefruit, pine resin and oranges, and a tropical fruit smoothie palate.
