Nelson Sauvin taking a starring role amongst an ensemble of Citra and Vic Secret, expect those signature notes of grape and gooseberry alongside an unexplainable touch of Kiwi hop magic. Following a road trip across the Nelson region of New Zealand back in 2011, the eponymous hop quickly became a favourite of our head brewer James. Today, Random Rules represents years of striving to select and secure incredible batches of Nelson Sauvin with the hope of recapturing all those flavour-packed feels felt 8 years ago. In our opinion, this one is one of the finest IPAs weve brewed to date.
