Description
Gyroscope was our first ever DIPA, brewed back in 2017 to answer the call for a chunky West Coast bruiser. We've kept the recipe the same, though we've fermented this Gyle on London Ale 3 to round off some of it's harsher corners. What we have is a panoply of tropical fruits upfront, with ripe mango and complex citrus. The finish is big and bitter and drowning in grapefruit pith.
