Description
Pine, spice, and grapefruit is the dominant character of Chinook hops and in this West Coast IPA we have gone overboard with our additions. Golden Promise malt and a dash of caramel malt makes the perfect backdrop and a neutral ale yeast allows the big bitter character of Chinook to shine through.
