Description
The root systems of many plants play host to incredible relationships between the roots themselves and fungi that dwell on them. The former provides solar-generated carbon whilst the latter provides soil nutrients – a truly ingenious symbiotic relationship. In our Symbiosis series, we pair two hops that will play well together and build on their respective strengths. Castanea combines Mosaic with Centennial. The aroma brings forth all the tropical goodness Mosaic employs. On the flavour, the Centennial adds clean lychee, grape and citrus to the mix to bring forth a true medley of fruits.
