Description
The 5th in our Symbiosis range and wholly dedicated to Tryanuary 2018. True to the spirit of Tryanuary, these experimental beers pair together two hop varieties to play on their characteristics to produce something greater than their parts. We don't hold back on the dryhopping for the Symbiosis range so prepare for giant flavours! Ilex sees Chinook pair with Lemon Drop to produce a super citrus pale brimming with orange and grapefruit.
