Description
Colossal creek is a new experimental high ABV Berliner Weisse. We took our 'Curious Creek' recipe and tripled everything. Three times the grist, three times the ABV and three times the amount of fruit. Re-fermented on nearly 3/4 Tonne of Raspberries and cherries this beer is fruity, tart and full on.
