Description
An absolute passion project from our head brewer Mat, and a beer he's wanted to make for a very long time.
The nose opens up with dark fruits and plums, followed by the classic banana notes from the Hefeweizen yeast. The taste brings out further quintessential wheat characteristics of banana and light spices, all wrapped around the beautifully boozy, yet light backbone.
