Description
Our favourite beer memories are of pints that have been greedily guzzled whilst stood at the bar. The ones where the glass is empty moments after it was filled.
The crackle of carbonation. The bittersweet hit of malt and hops and the waft of fresh beer make pints like these irresistible.
Since we started brewing in 2015 weve been on a perennial quest to crack the perfect Best Bitter. Some of our first brews were in homage to these mythical pints, and Penny Lane is our latest take.
Malts and yeast are the kings here. Maris Otter, Mild and Munich malts are blended with Challenger, Northdown and East Kent Goldings hops and then fermented by a traditional British Ale Yeast. Penny Lane is a proper, no-nonsense Best Bitter.
