Description
A deliciously complex, modern Tripel, brewed in collaboration with Solvay Society (known for their modern Belgian recipes). You get bubblegum and bergamot aromas from the Cascade hops, and sweet foam banana and stone fruit esters from the Abbaye yeast, mixed in with peppery spelt notes and blossom flavours from the honey.
