Pogonotrophy is a series of special, one-off and very rare mixed fermentation beers, including saisons, pales and even stouts. We have had a lot of fun creating these. We hope you enjoy them fresh and maybe hide yourself a bottle away for later.
Pogonotrophy 2 is a Mixed Fermentation Blueberry Bretted Brut. Expect a strong fruity flavour, with gentle farmhouse notes and a dry finish.
