660ml Bottles. 'Noun. Pogonotrophy. The act of cultivating or growing and grooming a moustache, beard, sideburns or other facial hair.' Pogonotrophy is a series of special, one-off and very rare mixed fermentation beers, including saisons, pales and even stouts. We have had a lot of fun creating these. Pogonotrophy 3 is a Mixed Ferm Barrel Aged Stout. Expect strong roasty flavours, with notes of vanilla and oak from the barrel and a slightly sour, farmhouse finish.
