A Cherry Breakfast Stout Legend has it, that it was written with the Dark Ones from BD Shoreditch, when the seas run red with cherry puree. It was this pure that was used to ink the recipe. It had only been a few hours since it was translated and the beer brewed, but we feared the kettle had been possessed. We couldn't bring ourselves to dismember it, so we added huge quantities of oats and lactose for a full body. Then we added a bit of smoked malt for Ash, cherries from the fruit cellar, and specially selected Has Bean coffee to keep it groovy! May God forgive us for what we have unleashed upon this earth: an easy drinking, slightly tart, yet full on breakfast stout. At 5.6% this is a beer that you can drink into the night and the coffee should stop you being Dead By Dawn.
