If an echo doesn't answer, when it hears a certain sound, then it may be time to grab yourself some of Sign Of The Southern Cross. Whilst not necessarily everyone's favourite style, we love the oxymoron that is Black IPA! It looks like a stout, but bursts with hop aroma and flavour like an IPA but with a restrained chocolate and coffee taste bringing you back for more. Truly a beer to confuse the senses. A story told that can't be real.
