Some decisions are hard. Ali or Tyson? Tea or Coffee? Oasis or Blur?
For us brewers its what hops to use, and decisions don’t get much harder than Citra or Mosaic?
We aren’t good at decisions, so we’re brewing twin hazy IPA’s single hopped with each.
Ultimately it will be up to you, will it be what you want or what you need?
