Description
Zintuki is the younger sister of Ninkasi, mythologically and beerologically. She was the Goddess of food and dining, laying on feasts and aptly eponymous on this beer as it pairs so perfectly with food. Blending is what we do best at Wild Beer with Zintuki being a blend of both our celebration beer - Ninkasi, and our sour spontaneously fermented farmhouse ale - Somerset Wild.
