Beyond Modus V Bottles

Description

This year the story of Beyond Modus comes from the wood. The barrels that have aged this blend had recently held Bourbon, Islay Whisky, Red Wine and Pedro Ximenez. The combination of characters; tart berries, raisins, sour cherries, vanilla richness, smoky peat and vinous notes make a magnificently complex blend. What we have is a bit of a detour from previous versions, softer, richer with a delicate sweetness and intoxicating acidity.
