Spicy Belgian IPA Born from an experimental fermentation with a Belgian Ale Yeast this spicy IPA has equal parts yeast fermentation character to dry hop. The dry hop is a blend of piney citrus US and fruity and spicy European hops to give a balance to the phenolic clove like aroma and flavour that is characteristic of Belgian Ales.
