WILD ALE + APRICOTS + WASP YEAST. A delicious honey and apricot fruited beer that offers a sweet and refreshing experience with every sip. We use natural ingredients in our beers to create unique flavours, however, this experimental beer takes ‘Flavour By Nature’ to a whole new level. We harvested yeast extract from an abandoned wasps nest to ferment this whacky yet moreish beer.
