Tepache

Description

Our beer man, Stuart, put together a traditional Tepache as an adult drink for one of our brewery events and it was an instant success. With those flavours in mind he set about creating a recipe to scale this from a 20L batch of sweet so drink to a 6000L x-rated version. Packed with Latin American in uence, we used our understanding of flavour development to balance funky brett, tart lacto with a combination of sweet fruit and dry spice character to tickle your fancy.
