An American Brown Ale made with a careful balance of lager, chocolate, Vienna and medium crystal malt. Citra leaf on the hotside, Cascade and Columbus hops in the whirlpool and a dry hop of Mosaic, Enigma & Cryo Simcoe to finish. Made with our friends Sophie DeRonde and Burnt Mill Brewery.
