Description
As chilled out as its namesake, this beer is a creamy and sessionable pale ale, mashed in hot with pale malt and a blend of oats. We created a whirlpool in the kettle, then fermented with a specially selected yeast for high-gravity, sweet finish. Dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops.
