Description
Inspired by North American interpretations of a classic British style, this Extra Special Bitter was brewed using British barley and hopped with Simcoe and Centennial – two varieties that are central to the US craft beer scene. A Vermont Ale yeast, originally derived from a British strain, brings things full circle. A 21st Century version of one of the worlds defining beer styles.
