Description
For this latest mid west style pale ale brew, we've gone full classic American with Chinook, Centennial & CTZ hops. There's a substantial malt base which complements the resinous sprucy character these hops provide. This is a style we love brewing and we're often surprised at how few examples we see being produced.
Hops : CTZ Cryo, Centennial Cryo, Centennial Hyperboost, Chinook T90
Malts : Super Pale, Weyermann Munich Type I, Simpsons Aromatic, Crisp Crystal 150, Crisp Cara Gold
Yeast : Neutral House Strain
Water : Balanced
